If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from FabAfrik you have Fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
FabAfrik will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
A replacement Product or exchange. In the case of item being faulty, FabAfrik shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer. For all other refunds and exchanges it is the responsibility of the customer to send the product back to us ta their own cost.
A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs – if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.
What items are returnable?
Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards, hair, beauty and medical products.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return but the customer will pay for the cost of returning products back to us.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless FabAfrik determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.
How do I return?
First contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and you will be given instructions as to how to return.
How soon will I get my refund, exchange or replacement?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 2 business days, shipment racking details will be sent via email.
